Production
Door frames and door linings have always been a major part of our production, typically for new commercial projects although we are just as happy to supply small individual projects..

Generally we supply them fully assembled but where access or space is restricted we can supply in loose sets for site assembly.

Certifire Frames
We are proud to announce that we passed our final audit on the 16th March 2010.

It should only take a week or two before we have our CAF number and labels and are then able to supply FD30 door frames with the peace of mind that comes with true certification.

FD60 frames will remain unlabelled in line with the Certifire scheme but we will continue to manufacture as specified in the relevant Fire Tests

We can use any intumescent specified but typically we supply; Mann McGowan, Lorient & Pyroplex

Bespoke or Standard

Whatever the size of your contract, all our frames are made to order and can be machined to any frame section width and any frame dimensions and in any suitable species of timber.

Most linings are required in a simple square section but we can offer moulded sections or stop chamfers if required.....please ask?

Construction
Our linings are made with a trenched construction which are then glued and screwed during assembly.

Linings can be either rebated from solid or fitted with planted stops, whichever specified.

External Frames
External door frames can be manufactured with the same flexibily as our linings.

We will shortly be offering a standard range but we can make any bespoke size of frame, moulding or section as required.

Doors can open in or out, with or without cills.
We recommend Elementex threshold seals.

Our external frames will be fitted with Aquamac weatherstrip as standard but we also offer the Sealmaster range for extra protection.

Frame Finishes
Frames and linings can be supplied either primed or pre-finished as required.

We can of course, supply unfinished for you to stain or paint to your liking.

Delivery
Frames and normally palletised for delivery on our own transport but for those customers further afield our linings can be supplied in kit form (flat pack) and delivered by courier throughout the UK.
